Company history
Backup Headquarter's parent company, UserEasy, was founded in 1991 by Paolo Ladomato to provide technology, software, data protection and recovery solutions to businesses of all sizes.
In 1995 the web services and applications division opened and thus enabled businesses to transact and share data locally and across the world.
In 1997 a storefront was opened in the East Fulton Business District of Grand Rapids, MI.
The Complete Business Solutions Software (CBSS) program was launched in 1998 to manage product Inventory, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Proposal Generation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Web Site and Order integration.
In late 2000 the technical services and staff had expanded to no longer fit in the available space on Fulton Street so UserEasy moved it's headquarters to 200 Colrain SW in Wyoming, MI.
The technical training center was opened in 2001 in order to provide lab-based application training and support for customers, staff and partners.
In 2003 UserEasy added local on-premise and offsite datacenter services for web hosting, e-mail, database transactions, media serving and streaming, spam filtering, eCommerce and data storage.
In 2007, managed data services for businesses were added with the combination of industry standard partners and service solutions such as LogMeIn, Microsoft Terminal Services and Symantec LiveState System Recovery.
